Registration
· Selection is on "First Come First Served" basis and registration will be closed when full capacity has been reached
· An interview with parents is required to discuss any special educational needs for the child. This is not part of the selection process
· Candidates will be considered accepted to the School once they have fulfilled all the academic & administrative requirements, and payment confirmation has been received by Marketing Department
· Registration Fee is Rp. 450.000.- and is non-refundable under any circumstances
Registration Documents
· Completed Registration Form signed by parents on a Rp. 6.000 official stamp.
· 3 (three) recent coloured photographs, size 3 x 4 cm. The student must wear a shirt and long hair must be tied back
· Agreement Letter for School Fee Payment signed by parents on a Rp. 6.000 (six thousand Rupiah) offcial stamp
· Agreement Letter for School Policies and Regulations signed by parents on a Rp. 6.000 (six thousand Rupiah) official stamp.
· 2 (two) copies of the student's Birth Certificate
· 1 (one) copy of the student's Report Card from previous level of education legalized by the Principal (if applicable, for example : Kindergarten Report Card for Elementary School applicants)
· If enrolling from overseas / International School : a Notification Letter of Equivalence, which has been legalized by Departemen Pendidikan Menengah Umum (Dikmenum)
For Indonesian Students
· 1 (one) copy of parents / guardian and candidate's Identity Card
· 1 (one) copy of "Kartu Keluarga" (stating candidate's name). Please bring the original Family Card to be shown to Marketing Staff (only for sibling Enrolment)
For Expatriate Students
· 1 (one) copy of parents / guardian and candidate's passport
· 1 (one) copy of parents / guardian and candidate's KITAS
· Recommendation Letter for studying in Indonesia from National Education Department (Depdiknas), Government of Indonesia
